The L.A. Kings have won the 2012 Stanley Cup. They beat the New Jersey Devils in 6 games to win the cup. The Kings went into the playoffs as an 8 seed in the western conference and defeated the #1 (Vancouver) ,#2 (St. Louise), and #3 (Phoenix) seeds to get to the finals. The Devils were the #6 in the Eastern Conference and beat the #3 (Florida), #5 (Philadelphia), and #1 (New York Rangers) seeds to advance to the finals.
