Cherry Limeade Recipe – As Good As Sonic!

My wife and her sister had the idea to make some Cherry Limeade drinks at home so they found a great recipe and did it.

I don’t know where they got the recipe from (I think they saw it on TV) but I wanted to share it with you all because it was AWESOME!!

2 liter Sprite
1 16oz Bottle of maraschino cherries (no stems) (pour the cherries AND the juice in the mix.)
1 cup sugar
1 cup of lime juice
1 lime thinly sliced

Chill ALL ingredients before mixing.

I mixed it all in a big pot (that we cook spaghetti in), served and few glasses and THEN put in in a pitcher.

You can never duplicate the awesomeness of Sonic ice at home, but I used the “crushed ice” option on the fridge and it was close enough.
